Personal experience with aging parents and friends has made me acutely aware of the needs of the senior generation. When I witnessed the life-altering effects of dementia on otherwise healthy people and saw the challenges brought on by declining health, it was disconcerting to realize that the majority of relatives, friends, and society in general do not understand the worries, concerns and the special needs of the aging.
Premier Fiduciary Services LLC serves the needs of a growing senior population, providing support for individuals who are ill, incapacitated, or otherwise vulnerable or in danger of exploitation.

In addition to managing trusts, estates and the needs of vulnerable adults, I have been asked to step in when there are disagreements about an inheritance, when adult children cannot see eye-to-eye about the care arrangements for a parent, and various other issues related to family finances or probate. As neutral third party, I serve as buffer and intermediary, helping families move forward and get estate or trust matters resolved.
I am staunchly committed to ethical business practices, which means we will follow not only the letter of the law, but also the moral obligations we assume with every client. When the services of other professionals, such as attorneys, accountants, appraisers, etc are required to manage a case, we work only with experienced and trusted professionals who share our uncompromising commitment to ethical business practices.

I was born, raised and educated in Germany in business management. Dreaming about "the land of opportunity" since I was a teenager, I came to California more than 40 years ago, making the United States my home country. I have owned and managed several businesses, each built on a reputation of trust, dependability and exceptional service. I've been married for 44 years and we have daughters and grandchildren.
